Chapter 5 - Text 18
विद्याविनयसंपन्ने ब्रह्मणे गवि हस्तिनी
शुनि चैव श्वपाके च पण्डिताः समदर्शिनः
The humble sage, by virtue of true knowledge, sees with equal vision a learned and gentle brahman, a cow, an elephant, a dog, and a dog-eater (sinners/outcasts).
Chapter 5 - Text 19
इहैव तैर्जितः सर्गो येषां साम्ये स्थितं मनः
निर्दोषं हि समं ब्रह्म तस्माद्ब्रह्मणि ते स्थिताः
Those whose minds are established in sameness and equanimity, have already conquered the conditions of birth and death. They are flawless like Brahman, and thus they are already situated in Brahman.
Chapter 6 - Text 32
आत्मौपम्येन सर्वत्र समं पश्यति योर्जुना
सुखं वा यदि वा दुःखं स योगी परमो मतः
He is a perfect yogi, who by comparison to his own self, sees the true equality of all beings, both in their happiness and distress.
Chapter 9 - Text 29
समोहं सर्वभूतेषु न मे द्वेष्योस्ति न प्रियः
ये भजन्ति तु माँ भक्त्या मयि ते तेषु चाप्यहम
I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, and I am also a friend to them.
