The refund policy lasts until 48 hours prior to availing of the services. If requests are made within 48 hours of due service, a full refund cannot be offered. There are no refunds offered after the service has been provided.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Coupons and Discounted items cannot be refunded.
To complete your refund, a receipt or proof of purchase will be needed.
If it is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
If the refund hasn’t been received, first check the bank account again.
Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
