The texts from the Bhagwad Gita are curated to help deal with feelings of loneliness. The Sanskrit texts and their corresponding translations are given below.

Take time to read and understand their core meaning and message, and I hope this helps in elevating the issues with loneliness.

Chapter 6 - Text 30

For the one who sees Me everywhere and sees everything in Me, I am never lost, nor is he ever lost to Me.

Chapter 9 - Text 29

I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, and I am also a friend to them.

Chapter 13 - Text 16

The Supreme Truth exists both internally and externally, in the moving and non-moving. It is beyond the power of material senses to see or to know. Although far, far away, It is also near to all.

Chapter 13 - Text 18

The Supreme Truth is the source of light in all luminous objects. It is beyond the darkness of matter and is unmanifested. It is knowledge, It is the object or knowledge, and It is also the goal of knowledge. It is situated in everyone’s heart.
